Please choose carefully. We do not refund your money if you have made the incorrect choice, found a cheaper price elsewhere or have changed your mind. Doesn’t do what it says it would, is not what you asked for or can’t be easily fixed.

Goods are your responsibility until they reach our shop, so make sure they are packed in a way that they will not be damaged during shipping. We recommend you use registered post or a courier because we will not be held responsible for items lost in transit whilst being returned to us. Postage costs for returning goods is at your expense.

We will refund the cost of postage when any returns are the result of an error made by us.
