Shipping Policy

When we send your order to you or per your directions, you might incur a delivery cost (i.e. rural location, express delivery), you agree to pay the delivery and any handling charges shown on the Sites when your order is placed. We reserve the right to increase, decrease and add or eliminate charges from time to time and without prior notice, so you agree to check all charges before placing an order or signing up for a service. Generally, delivery is made by standard ground delivery. Any delivery or handling charges may or may not reflect actual costs. We can only accept orders which are being delivery to mainland Australia (which includes mainland Tasmania).

All purchases will be shipped within two (2) business days from the date of purchase, but most of the time (depending on the time of day you purchased your goods) purchases will be shipped the same day.

We cannot deliver to a PO Box, directly to an Australian Post Office, Private Mail Bag, Couriers Depot or Parcel Locker. Deliveries are to be street address only and are able to be accessible for a courier

Changing delivery address after Your order has been dispatched will incur an additional fee of $25 charge that will be issued to you for couriers fees.
