All purchases under $100 attract a $10 postage fee unless you select the Express Post option where a $20 postage fee will apply.
All purchases over $100 are posted free of charge.
All purchases will be shipped within two (2) business days from the date of purchase, but most of the time (depending on the time of day you purchased your goods) purchases will be shipped the same day.
Time of arrival of purchases is not guaranteed for standard shipping. Express Post shipping is in accordance with Australia Post's guidelines.
Returns and Exchange
Please choose carefully. We do not refund your money if you have made the incorrect choice, found a cheaper price elsewhere or have changed your mind. We will happily exchange or provide store credit instead. We will only provide a monetary refund if a product is faulty and within the manufacturer's warranty timeframe.
If you wish to exchange an item or apply for a store credit please do so within seven (7) days of your original purchase.
Due to health regulations there is no refund or exchange on underwear or socks.
Items you are returning for exchange or credit must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with the original packaging and tags attached. We have the right to refuse if any items are deemed unsuitable for re-sale.
In cases where issues with products are minor we will discuss the issue with the relevant supplier before making a decision on whether to repair, replace or refund the value of the item.
You can choose to refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item;
- Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it;
- Is unsafe;
- Is significantly different from the sample or description;
- Doesn’t do what it says it would, is not what you asked for or can’t be easily fixed.

Goods are your responsibility until they reach our shop, so make sure they are packed in a way that they will not be damaged during shipping. We recommend you use registered post or a courier because we will not be held responsible for items lost in transit whilst being returned to us. Postage costs for returning goods is at your expense.
We will refund the cost of postage when any returns are the result of an error made by us.
