Literally translated as SPEAR THROWER in Ancient Aboriginal Dharawal Language, the Wigun Aluminium Speargun is Huntmaster’s modern version of one of the most primitive and traditional weapons known to mankind. The archaic practice of killing with a spear has been around in Australia in one form or another for some 50,000 years, but never in such an effective, reliable or desirable form as the Huntmaster Wigun. With the arrival of higher technologies, stronger materials and more comprehensive production methods we have created a ‘spear thrower’ that’s not only deadly accurate but also powerful, super simple and extremely reliable.

Precision

With a full-length rail that runs directly from the full stainless-steel mechanism all the way along the handle, barrel and head. No more unsightly joints between handle and barrel or barrel and head, allowing the spear to travel unimpeded from start to finish.

The simple open head is designed to be used by either left or right handers and can hold 3x16mm bands. The integrated line guides make for a quick and simple loading experience putting you back in action and onto your target as quick as possible.

Speargun handle

A closer inspection will reveal a custom handle designed by the HUNTMASTER team to suit a number of configurations, rollers, pulleys and conventional spearguns.

The integrated hook and mounting points make loading, unloading and taking pretension off your rubbers a breeze. The integrated hook can also be used for future inverted roller conversions, this saves unnecessary and nasty drilling into barrels and handles causing issues in the long run.

These handles offer everything from a positive safety that can not be turned on accidentally, to an integrated GoPro bracket, from an ambidextrous line retainer and soft rubber grip to 100% stainless steel trigger mechanism with no plastic parts, we even include a 110mm Shark/Tuna clip, so you really are ready to go.

Power

All the Wigun speargun range uses top grade ‘Attack’ Microbore rubber with a smaller internal diameter, only 1mm, this rubber offers more power-to-size ratio than other leading brands. For more info go to ‘Attack Rubber’.

The reverse mechanism and the rearward positioning on the shark fins adds an extra 10cm band stretch, more band stretch means more power. A 100cm Huntmaster gun has a 110cm band stretch.

Change of Mind Returns

For change of mind returns we will happily refund, exchange or credit most items on the following terms;

You return your items within 30 days of purchase;
The items are unused, unworn, and are within their original packaging with the tags still on; and
You have your receipt.

We will not accept change of mind returns, exchanges or credit under any circumstance for the following items, so please choose these very carefully:

Bows or Arrows;
Underwear or Thermals with hygiene stickers removed
Clearance items
If we have specially ordered an item for you.

If you do not have your receipt, have waited longer than 30 days, or we deem the item unsuitable for resale due to damaged packaging and/or missing tags then we are entitled to refuse your return, credit or exchange request.

Faulty Item Returns

For returns of items that are faulty the following terms and conditions apply as per Australian Consumer Law;

We will assess the product and determine whether the fault is minor or major.

In cases where issues with products are minor we will discuss the issue with the relevant supplier before making a decision on whether to repair, replace or refund the value of the item; or

In cases we have deemed the fault as major then you can choose to refund or exchange the item. This may occur after we have discussed the item with the relevant supplier. This is when the item has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it, is unsafe, is significantly different from the sample or description, doesn’t do what it says it would, is not what you asked for or can’t be easily fixed.

Returns & Postage

Goods are your responsibility until they reach our shop, so make sure they are packed in a way that they will not be damaged during shipping. We recommend you use registered post or a courier because we will not be held responsible for items lost in transit whilst being returned to us. You are responsible for any postage costs related to sending any item back to us because of a change of mind.

We will refund the cost of postage when any returns are the result of an error made by us.
