Unlike regular plastic cutlery, they are heat resistant and will not leach any toxic substances when exposed to hot foods. Once buried in the ground, they biodegrade naturally after 2-to-3 years. For best results, cover in a rich, well-aerated soil and water regularly.

Please choose carefully. We do not refund your money if you have made the incorrect choice, found a cheaper price elsewhere or have changed your mind. In cases where issues with products are minor we will discuss the issue with the relevant supplier before making a decision on whether to repair, replace or refund the value of the item.

You can choose to refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item;

Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it;
Is unsafe;
Is significantly different from the sample or description;
Doesn’t do what it says it would, is not what you asked for or can’t be easily fixed.

Goods are your responsibility until they reach our shop, so make sure they are packed in a way that they will not be damaged during shipping. We recommend you use registered post or a courier because we will not be held responsible for items lost in transit whilst being returned to us. Postage costs for returning goods is at your expense.

We will refund the cost of postage when any returns are the result of an error made by us.
