All Darl Bars are made by hand which means you can see and taste each of our premium organic ingredients. A touch of brown rice syrup is added and the bars are baked till they’re crunchy, chewy and a tiny bit sweet. The perfect healthy treat for mid-afternoon munchies or a hungry belly that needs a snack on the go.

What's Special About the Ingredients:
Australian Hazelnuts - grown in northern Victoria by 3rd generation farmer Claudio whose been growing hazelnuts since 1974.
70% Cocoa Dark Chocolate - sourced from Belgian Chocolate company Barry Callebaut who have been making chocolate since 1911.
Macadamia oil – grown and pressed sustainably in northern NSW, near where Darl Bars are made. High in antioxidants and low in saturated fats, it adds a buttery, smooth flavour to the bars.
Australian Pumpkin Seeds - sourced from the only growers of pumpkin seeds in all of Australia! Growers use biodynamic farming practices which produce seeds that are 30% higher in protein, zinc and magnesium than overseas varieties.
