The QuickDraw Microfilter System draws upon decades of expertise in filtration and hydration to provide adventurers the best user experience of any fill-and-squeeze water filter on the market. The easy-to-use system comes in two parts: the durable and taste-free 1L QuickDraw reservoir and the hollow fiber filter cartridge. Weighing just 95 g and filtering up to 3L per minute, the QuickDraw system ensures quick and easy access to clean water on any adventure. You can either shake-to-clean the hollow fiber filter or perform a tool-free backflush to ensure the fast flow rates will stick around for the duration of your trips. With its inside/outside (I/O) dual-thread design, the QuickDraw filter cartridge securely adapts to smartwater® bottles and other Platy bottles and reservoirs allowing you to develop your ideal system to confidently explore the wilderness.

Build Your Own System: The I/O dual-thread design allows the filter cartridge to natively attach to the QuickDraw Reservoir, smartwater® bottles, the Platy Hoser™ Reservoir, Platy 2.0L Bottle, Platy SoftBottle™, Platy Water Tank and certain common 28mm PET soda/water bottles.
Ultrafast Flow Rates: Hollow fiber cartridge filters up to 3L per minute with normal squeeze pressure.
Easy, Effective Cleaning: Shake-to-clean or tool-free backflush methods make for quick and easy cleaning of the filter, so you can have fast filtration for your entire trip.

Change of Mind Returns

For change of mind returns we will happily refund, exchange or credit most items on the following terms;

You return your items within 30 days of purchase;
The items are unused, unworn, and are within their original packaging with the tags still on; and
You have your receipt.

We will not accept change of mind returns, exchanges or credit under any circumstance for the following items, so please choose these very carefully:

Bows or Arrows;
Underwear or Thermals with hygiene stickers removed
Clearance items
If we have specially ordered an item for you.

If you do not have your receipt, have waited longer than 30 days, or we deem the item unsuitable for resale due to damaged packaging and/or missing tags then we are entitled to refuse your return, credit or exchange request.

Faulty Item Returns

For returns of items that are faulty the following terms and conditions apply as per Australian Consumer Law;

We will assess the product and determine whether the fault is minor or major.

In cases where issues with products are minor we will discuss the issue with the relevant supplier before making a decision on whether to repair, replace or refund the value of the item; or

In cases we have deemed the fault as major then you can choose to refund or exchange the item. This may occur after we have discussed the item with the relevant supplier. This is when the item has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it, is unsafe, is significantly different from the sample or description, doesn’t do what it says it would, is not what you asked for or can’t be easily fixed.

Returns & Postage

Goods are your responsibility until they reach our shop, so make sure they are packed in a way that they will not be damaged during shipping. We recommend you use registered post or a courier because we will not be held responsible for items lost in transit whilst being returned to us. You are responsible for any postage costs related to sending any item back to us because of a change of mind.

We will refund the cost of postage when any returns are the result of an error made by us.
