FOR BEST PERFORMANCE – The WindMaster’s regulator is compatible with gas mixtures such as butane, isobutane, and propane. It is not compatible with 100% propane. The use of 100% propane is prohibited. Keep the base of the WindMaster clean. Never place the base of the stove on the ground or in a sandy area. Always keep the plastic cap on the gas canister when not in use, during transport, and/or when stowing the stove. This is important in order to keep the valve system clean.
SHOCK RESISTANT AND ULTRA LIGHTWEIGHT – Stealth igniter installed burner post improves ignition and prevents breakage, making this stove compact and lightweight. Due to the simple, unique design, it weighs only 67 g / 2.3 oz.

The Soto WindMaster stove is designed so the pot sits close to the flame, making it more efficient in windy weather. Results in increased efficiency so boil time is quicker and longer. The concave design of the burner head creates the effect of a built-in windscreen. The 4Flex pot support works for a larger pot, but the smaller,TriFlex pot support, is available separately. An efficient stove for whatever size pot your adventure requires.

*NOTE: The WindMaster OD-1RXN which comes with only the 4Flex pot support replaces the previous WindMaster OD-1RXC that came with both the TriFlex and the 4Flex. The stove itself remains exactly the same.

The WindMaster uses the Micro Regulator valve system.

Change of Mind Returns

For change of mind returns we will happily refund, exchange or credit most items on the following terms;

You return your items within 30 days of purchase;
The items are unused, unworn, and are within their original packaging with the tags still on; and
You have your receipt.

We will not accept change of mind returns, exchanges or credit under any circumstance for the following items, so please choose these very carefully:

Bows or Arrows;
Underwear or Thermals with hygiene stickers removed
Clearance items
If we have specially ordered an item for you.

If you do not have your receipt, have waited longer than 30 days, or we deem the item unsuitable for resale due to damaged packaging and/or missing tags then we are entitled to refuse your return, credit or exchange request.

Faulty Item Returns

For returns of items that are faulty the following terms and conditions apply as per Australian Consumer Law;

We will assess the product and determine whether the fault is minor or major.

In cases where issues with products are minor we will discuss the issue with the relevant supplier before making a decision on whether to repair, replace or refund the value of the item; or

In cases we have deemed the fault as major then you can choose to refund or exchange the item. This may occur after we have discussed the item with the relevant supplier. This is when the item has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it, is unsafe, is significantly different from the sample or description, doesn’t do what it says it would, is not what you asked for or can’t be easily fixed.

Returns & Postage

Goods are your responsibility until they reach our shop, so make sure they are packed in a way that they will not be damaged during shipping. We recommend you use registered post or a courier because we will not be held responsible for items lost in transit whilst being returned to us. You are responsible for any postage costs related to sending any item back to us because of a change of mind.

We will refund the cost of postage when any returns are the result of an error made by us.
