Description

Machetes are one of the more useful edged tools in the world. They have cleared brush, and blazed trails, have chopped wood, made shelters, harvested crops, prepared meals, hunted and protected. Careful attention has been given to the SOGfari to make sure that the weight is right and the handles are comfortable for extended use. Whip them through the air and hear them sing. A real working saw has been added on the back of the blade with teeth that cut deep. Extended out of the back of the handle is a spiked tang for pounding and scraping. Items you are returning for exchange or credit must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with the original packaging and tags attached. We have the right to refuse if any items are deemed unsuitable for re-sale.

In cases where issues with products are minor we will discuss the issue with the relevant supplier before making a decision on whether to repair, replace or refund the value of the item.

You can choose to refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item;

Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it;
Is unsafe;
Is significantly different from the sample or description;
Doesn’t do what it says it would, is not what you asked for or can’t be easily fixed.

Goods are your responsibility until they reach our shop, so make sure they are packed in a way that they will not be damaged during shipping. We recommend you use registered post or a courier because we will not be held responsible for items lost in transit whilst being returned to us. Postage costs for returning goods is at your expense.

We will refund the cost of postage when any returns are the result of an error made by us.
