This pack includes four lightweight hand-held transceivers, with an open field transmission range up to 3km, and typical city range up to 1km. They run off 3 x AAA batteries, and have features you usually only find in more expensive models, including VOX hands free, monitor, call tones, roger beep, backlit display, headset connection, and CTCSS sub-channels. There is also an LED torch built into the top in case you’re stuck in the dark. Thanks to the auto-battery saving feature, the batteries won’t go flat in case you forget to turn them off.

We do not refund your money if you have made the incorrect choice, found a cheaper price elsewhere or have changed your mind.  We will happily exchange or provide store credit instead. We will only provide a monetary refund if a product is faulty and within the manufacturer's warranty timeframe.

Due to health regulations there is no refund or exchange on underwear or socks.

There is no exchange or returns on bows and arrows under any circumstance unless covered by a manufacturers warranty.

Items you are returning for exchange or credit  must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with the original packaging and tags attached. We have the right to refuse if any items are deemed unsuitable for re-sale. 

In cases where issues with products are minor we will discuss the issue with the relevant supplier before making a decision on whether to repair, replace or refund the value of the item.

You can choose to refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item;

• Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it;
• Is unsafe;
• Is significantly different from the sample or description;
• Doesn’t do what it says it would, is not what you asked for or can’t be easily fixed.
