For change of mind returns we will happily refund, exchange or credit most items on the following terms;
You return your items within 30 days of purchase;
The items are unused, unworn, and are within their original packaging with the tags still on; and
You have your receipt.
We will not accept change of mind returns, exchanges or credit under any circumstance for the following items, so please choose these very carefully:
Bows or Arrows;
Underwear or Thermals with hygiene stickers removed
Clearance items
If we have specially ordered an item for you.
If you do not have your receipt, have waited longer than 30 days, or we deem the item unsuitable for resale due to damaged packaging and/or missing tags then we are entitled to refuse your return, credit or exchange request.
For returns of items that are faulty the following terms and conditions apply as per Australian Consumer Law;
We will assess the product and determine whether the fault is minor or major.
In cases where issues with products are minor we will discuss the issue with the relevant supplier before making a decision on whether to repair, replace or refund the value of the item; or
