Bushman was founded in 1990 by an industrial chemist with over 35 years' experience
developing personal insect repellents.

His goal was to produce the very best repellent available.

It was developed in the tropics for the tropics and tested in 'the swamps' to ensure it was the best performing repellent in the harshest of conditions.

Since then Bushman has grown to be Australia's 'Number ONE' premium repellent, mostly through word of mouth recommendations.

Through the 1990's and 2000's Bushman products have been the subject of many independent tests where they proved their performance everytime.

Unlike most rivals, Bushman is water resistant, sweat resistant and rub resistant.

This is such an important benefit in real world scenarios.

It means the repellent won’t be sweated off, washed off or rubbed off.

Allowing it to stay on the skin and continue to protect.

Please choose carefully. We do not refund your money if you have made the incorrect choice, found a cheaper price elsewhere or have changed your mind. We will happily exchange or provide store credit instead. We will only provide a monetary refund if a product is faulty and within the manufacturer's warranty timeframe.

If you wish to exchange an item or apply for a store credit please do so within seven (7) days of your original purchase.

Due to health regulations there is no refund or exchange on underwear or socks.

There is no exchange or returns on bows and arrows under any circumstance unless covered by a manufacturers warranty.

Items you are returning for exchange or credit must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with the original packaging and tags attached. We have the right to refuse if any items are deemed unsuitable for re-sale.

In cases where issues with products are minor we will discuss the issue with the relevant supplier before making a decision on whether to repair, replace or refund the value of the item.

You can choose to refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item;

Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it;
Is unsafe;
Is significantly different from the sample or description;
Doesn’t do what it says it would, is not what you asked for or can’t be easily fixed.

Goods are your responsibility until they reach our shop, so make sure they are packed in a way that they will not be damaged during shipping. We recommend you use registered post or a courier because we will not be held responsible for items lost in transit whilst being returned to us. Postage costs for returning goods is at your expense.

We will refund the cost of postage when any returns are the result of an error made by us.
